I was born in Ghent, and much of my childhood was spent in Egypt and China. At 13 years old, enriched by different philosophies of life and cultures, I returned to Belgium infused with flavors and colors of other worlds. Travelling broadens the mind… At 19, with a couple of guidebooks in my pocket, I set out to discover China and Thailand with my backpack. From my experiences in Asia I returned with the art of massage. After receiving my first traditional Thai yoga massage from the hands of a monk in a Buddhist temple in Bangkok, I had a revelation. It felt like in levitation, my feet no longer touched the ground! At that moment I thought, “I have to learn how to do THIS!” That was how I started. Now my job is to look after the wellbeing of people who are in a good physical condition and wish to remain in this state, taking care the best I can of their valuable health capital.
Through a long process of training with different teachers, as well as years of practice, years of experience and massages, I was offered the opportunity to acquire skills that I like to share.
I want to thank all my clients who have given me the opportunity to increasingly improve my touch and my knowledge.

AeroYoga in 60 minutes or 90 minutes?
60 minutes for less stressed people and those who are used to it. The time is divided into a 30 minutes massage on the ground to prepare the body and 25 minutes AeroYoga, plus 5 minutes or more to recover, on the ground.
90 minutes if your tiredness and stress are more acute. 60 minutes of massage and 25 minutes AeroYoga, plus 5 minutes or more to recover, on the ground.
